We are changing the way patients access our online services.
Following our move to SystmOne, online access will now be provided through the NHS App. The NHS App will become the main way for patients to manage their healthcare online, including accessing available services such as ordering repeat prescriptions, viewing health information, and managing appointments (where available).
The previous Patient Access service will no longer be available after September 2026.
