We have recently changed our computer systems which means our Online services are out of order (NHS app and Patient Access) please refrain from calling reception to ask about this as our phones are very busy and the queues are becoming full all day. Additionally this means you can’t request medication through our app but you also CANNOT request medication over the phone this has to be done through the website or through our e-mail.
