MyChart is a free patient app which helps patients to better manage their healthcare. They can see letters, appointments, test results, after visit summaries and even give access to loved ones if they need extra support. 
ESNEFT have a dedicated MyChart Helpdesk to support anyone who may be struggling to sign up or who might need more information. The team can be contacted on 01473 707567 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, or email MyChartHelpdesk@esneft.nhs.uk. There is also more information on their website www.esneft.nhs.uk/mychart.

Please may all patients be aware that for a valid cancellation, patients must call at least 1 hour before the appointment to cancel. Not giving the surgery enough notice to rearrange or cancel appointments may result in warning letters and possible removal from the patient list of East Hill Surgery
Please note that on Thursday the 27th of November 2025, East Hill Surgery will be closing early at 12:30 for staff training. Please be aware that we will be returning to our usual opening times the following day.
